BEAUTY CRUSH #3 ASHLEY OLSEN
Ashley Olsen is one of the prettiest girls ever! I grew up watching all of the Olsen twins show's, a la 'Two of A Kind' and 'So Little Time' and have been a fan of the twins ever since. They have come a long way in becoming style icons in their own right and each have very different styles. Mary-Kate has a much more daring, gothic look whilst Ashley has a very tailored, polished image. Makeup wise they both never fail to impress and this particular look that Ashley has is stunning.
Let's just start this off by looking at her hair. I am trying to get this exact colour for mine but it never looks this amazing. The length, the cut, the curls, all perfect. Now onto the makeup; This is a very bronze, summer glow style makeup started off by using a medium coverage foundation and concealer under the eyes, around the bottom of the nose and a bit on the chin.
The brows have been brushed into the correct shape with a small bit of dark eyeshadow running threw them. A lovely golden, bronze coloured eyeliner is used around both the upper and lower lash line and then has been smudged out a bit, also a dark brown liner along the waterline and tight line. Eyelashes curled with about two coats of mascara will finish off the eyes. The colours work wonderfully with her eye colour.
She has used quite a lot of bronzer in this look, doing the figure of '3' motion by starting at the temple, coming down around under the cheekbone, then around and under the jawline. A peach powder blush has been used with a bit of highlighter to finish off the base. She has gone for a nude lip by using a nude lipliner and nude/pink lipstick, then topped it off with a sheer nude lipgloss. This makeup will suit most people - especially for blonde hair girls who don't want to add colour by using fake tan.

BEAUTY CRUSH #2 NATASHA POLY
I remember it was three years ago and I was doing some Christmas shopping in Paris. I happened to be looking around a particular department store at some perfumes when I saw this AMAZONIAN woman walk past me. She was so tall, elegant and had one of the most beautiful faces I had ever seen...it was supermodel Natasha Poly. Having now seen this woman, I can confirm that she is 10 times better looking in person, and I wasn't the only one who stopped in their tracks when she was walking past!
She is one of my favourite models and her look is so chic. She has such gorgeous, flawless skin and killer bone structure that she needs minimal makeup - luck thing!
In this picture Natasha displays the perfect "no makeup" makeup look. Only using a bit on tinted moisturiser on the face to even out the complexion, she uses a light-reflecting concealer under the eyes, around the brow-bone, chin and cupid's bow to add some glow. I looks like she has curled eyelashes with lash extensions on, or individual lashes (no mascara) to subtly give the eyes a frame. There is a bit of contouring under those heavenly cheekbones and also along under the jawline. The look is finished off with pale, nude, pink-toned lip gloss, just to add a bit of colour to the face. Perfection.

BEAUTY CRUSH #1 KAT DENNINGS

Kat Dennings is my favourite actress of the moment. I adore 2 Broke Girls and love her role as the feisty, witty Max. As a women, she has such beautiful features and an amazing figure; she even manages the near-impossible by making a large bust look sexy and NOT slutty. She has lovely pale skin and has said in interviews that she will not change her unique look just to try and "fit-in with the norm".
She usually matches her skin tone with a contrasting dark, red lip but on this particular occasion she has emphasised her eyes as the main focal point. Using both a mid-toned icy blue and black eyeliner, she has defined her eyes perfectly as the colours frame them and therefore, makes them 'pop'. She has kept her blusher to a minimum and used a peachy/pink shade and also used those colours for her lips. Overall, I love this makeup look and will defiantly be doing my own version for Christmas time.
